Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.92) Installed from: Gentoo Packages Compiler: GCC 3.3.4 OS: Linux There is an option in konqueror -> settings -> configure konqueror -> previsualization & meta data -> increase size of previews relative to icons. This option doesn't work anymore in the desktop, the previews are the same size of the icons. This works fine in konqueror. It started happening in kde-3.3
Not interested in this problem?, it's still there in rc2, i'd love this to be fixed.
I don't like to rant, was this bug even read?, there is no solution to it as of kde3.3.1 nor a change in it's status. I would really like this one to be fixed, it's a small thing, but I use it very much.
It was read, but probably not by the developer of that feature... I don't know who implemented that feature (it works in konqueror, right?)
Thank's for the answer. Yes, in konqueror it works right and in every version ok KDE since I remember this feature worked the same way in the desktop. Should I post this bug to konqueror developers?

Don't know why, but this settings is no longer available for kdesktop and has since also been removed from the code.
Moreover in KDE4 the way KDE manage the desktop is completely changed by Plasma. I'm closing this.
Bug closed. Kdesktop is no more mantained.
