Description Stephan Binner 2004-05-25 05:34:37 UTC
Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

There should be an option to specify how many articles should be kept per feed. Articles above threshold should be expired.
Comment 1 Stanislav Karchebny 2004-05-25 08:59:40 UTC
No. IMO we already discussed that and (at least I) decided that there should be Expiry period in days after which the records expiry.

Also note that e.g. Abilon has a quick checkbox in article list which means "Do not expire this entry".
Comment 2 Stephan Binner 2004-05-25 10:48:37 UTC
Days are fine for me, just add a limit. I just don't want to have to delete the archive on the command line or scroll endlessly down. :-)
Comment 3 Pierre Habouzit 2004-06-27 16:50:48 UTC
I'd say it would be great to have a special folders where all the subdirectories are not expired, but you cannot add feeds to these folders...

The thing is to be able to drag&drop articles to theses directories. up to the user to order them, and so on.

as always, I'm on #akregator ([MadCoder]) so feel free to hilight me if I was unclear.

greets
