Description Gibo 2004-05-24 16:45:34 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

The problem is present only when connecting to a domain. The problem doesn't exist when connecting to workgroup.

please try to update to samba 3.0.4 - otherwise wait for a YOU patch by suse

This is also present in a WORKGROUP environment. Two 9.1 installations act the same. One is a 9.1 upgrade and one is a clean install. smb:/ bombs with the aformentioned error. No browsing is possible. However, smb://windows-sharename works.
