Description Pedro Fayolle 2004-03-14 07:56:11 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

Here's the case:

(start with no instances of Konqueror)

1) Open Konqueror in File Manager mode
2) Open Konqueror in Web Browser mode

(on a normal Kicker configuration, this will place the File Manager before the Web Browser in the taskbar)

3) Follow a link to an HTTP URL from an outside application (Kopete, KSirc, etc)

This results in the page being loaded on a new tab in the File Manager window instead of the Web Browser, even when there is a web browser running. Apparently the link is assigned to the first Konqueror instance found, regardless of its current profile.
