Version: 1.0.2 (using KDE 3.2.0, Gentoo) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 20040108 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.2-r6, propolice-3.3-7) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.1-gentoo I use kalarm as my alarm clock. I routenly choose annoying sounds to play. Sometimes I want to snoose the alarm, and I set the alarm for the appropriate time for me to wake up (way better than a fixed snooze because I can figure out how many tasks I want to skip in the morning) Anyway, I right click on the kalarm systray icon and disable the alarm so it doesn't freak me out wheile I'm setting it.. (I have it repeate every minute.. and yeah.. it should take less than a minute to change the alarm time but it doesn't.. So, I change the time, and go back to sleep.. And I forgot to renable the alarms... It seems that an option to "present dialog to renable alarms on modify" would be prudent... Thanks, Aaron Peterson 509 332 7697
I will output a warning message if alarms are disabled when a new alarm is created or an existing alarm is modified.
Implemented in CVS for KDEPIM 3.3, due out in a few months' time. A prompt allowing the user to enable alarms is output on saving an alarm, if alarms are currently disabled.
