Description Marcin Garski 2004-01-28 21:18:48 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.0)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
OS: Linux

When I try to load php file (index.php) that contain "include('faccount.php');" Quanta crash.
When I delete from faccount.php file one letter from line that contain "yytfd fjkgfjk fjhfg r y o j lk 7tt ufy" Quanta starts normal.
This files should be in one directory.

index file

Place this file with faccount.php file in one directory and try to load it in
Quanta.

File that cause Qunata crash

File that contain line "yytfd fjkgfjk fjhfg r y o j lk 7tt ufy" that cause
Quanta to crash. Try to delete one letter from this line and Quanta will load
index.php without any problems.

Does not crash for me. What is your Quanta version?

Comment 4 Marcin Garski 2004-01-29 09:39:53 UTC
I'm using Fedora Core 1, KDE 3.1.95 from Red Hat RPMS and Quanta version is 3.2.0.

Subject: Re: Quanta crash when loading php file that contain include

As I can't reproduce, I close the bug, but I suggest:
- update to 3.2.0 final (perferably compiled from sources)
- if still crashes, try to get Quanta from CVS, if you can
- if still crashes, reopen the bug.

Thank you.

template first page with scripts php

Quanta 3.2.1 closing during opening of this file.
Error number 11 (SIGSEGV), but aplication not creating logs.
Comment 8 András Manţia 2004-06-25 19:46:54 UTC
There isn't any problem here. I can open the file without a crash.
Please use 3.2.3 (or 3.3Alpha1). All the 3.2.x series until 3.2.2
(including it) and 3.3BE2 had a serious memory corruption problem that
was the cause of the most crashes experienced while opening, closing or
typing into a document.
