Version: 1.4 (using KDE 3.1.94 (CVS >= 20031206), compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 20031229 (prerelease) (Debian) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.0-mm2 From the kscd UI, choose Extras -> Configure KSCD -> freedb -> Submit. Below "SMTP Server" it says "Username:". Shouldn't that be the location where I give a server name, i.e. it should say e.g. "Servername:"? It surely did that in 3.1.2's kscd.
no, it actually means user. it's used when the freedb server requires authentication. the layout of this panel seems a little messed up (e.g. the port spinner is off kilter, there's no place to identify the server you wish to use, etc) bt this is part of libkcddb, so am reassigning it there.

Subject: KDE_3_2_BRANCH: kdemultimedia/libkcddb/kcmcddb CVS commit by larkang: Improve the layout of the "Submit" page, to make it a bit more clear, is a little bit better in HEAD, but can't be backported because of string-changes CCMAIL: 71822-done@bugs.kde.org (btw Aaron, could you please change the bug-owner to me, or add me to CC when reassigning a bug to libkcddb) M +131 -117 cddbconfigwidgetbase.ui 1.19.2.1
