Hi,

i am using kghostview from cvs head from about a week ago, and i wanted to add the reload button to the toolbar of kghostview.
so i choosed settings and wanted to click on the "configure toolbars" entry, but that one is missing.

please add it to the settings menu, thanks, Holger
