Version: (using KDE Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources The width of the styles list in the chat window appearance dialog is too narrow and does not resize proportionally to contents. I'll take a look at the UI as time allows.
I've modified the .ui file such that it works as expected when adding a dummy long entry and using the preview mode in designer. However it does not work when compiled -- I suspect perhaps because the khtml widget is forcing too much width. Any ideas?

My idea (and this can't really be done in freeze ), is that this dialog is very over-crowded in the first place (yes I know I designed it... ) There's too many buttons and stuff in there for something as simple as choosing a style. I propose that, after freeze, it be changed to that the only thing there is the style list, and the KHTML part, and a single "Manage Styles" button. clicking this will open a dialog that has a 3 pane view like KMail.. style list on the left, editor on the bottom, and preview on the top. All the Add / Remove / Edit/ Copy stuff can be put in there. However, none of this really affects right now.
I can't fix this at present. No change to the UI seems to affect the final outcome. De-assigning.
