chfn, at least on Linux, asks the user for his phone number and appends phone numbers to the GECOS info in the password db, separated with commas.

If you don't enter any additional info except for full name, your GECOS looks like: "Full Name,,,"

The Redmond plugin simply displays the GECOS, instead of spliting by "," and then taking the first part only, which is the actual Full Name.

Do we need a "ksplashml" category on bugs.kde.org or should "ksplash" be 
reused?

Since Ettrich seems to be no longer active in KDE development, I think I 
should become the ksplash maintainer. Plus, since the binary is called 
ksplash, we should reuse the ksplash category. Let me see what needs to be 
done at b.k.o.
