Version:           1.2.91 (using KDE 3.1.9)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.2
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-rc7

The layer manager allows the default layer to be deleted.
If a layer is subsequently added the delete button is grayed indicating that it is intended there should always be at least one layer.
