A banking webpage issue with https involved. I've read a few before but all were RESOLVED or CLOSED. 

Don't know if this is a config problem or a bug but in the above mentioned site a login screen should appear instead of the completely blank frame.

You've reported the problem with Konqueror from KDE 3.0.3, which is quite an old 
version. Several releases have been out since then. 
 
I can see the page fine with a login prompt and all, using KDE from CVS (HEAD 
20030312), which would indicate that either it's a configuration problem in your end, 
or that the bug has been fixed. 
 
Please, don't hesitate to reopen the bug if you find it again with a more recent 
release than the one I tested with. Thanks for your time for reporting as well.
