Despite specifying a subset of pages for printing, the notes for all pages are printed.

When I want to print some single pages of a large presentation, and since there is no way to disable printing of notes (filed as separate bug), I cannot avoid many pages of notes being generated each time.

Fixed yesterday, will be in KOffice 1.3
