Description Neil Stevens 2003-03-17 22:46:02 UTC
Version: 1.5 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19

I don't have Aegypten installed, but someone who has it installed just sent me an encrypted mail. But KMail chooses to hide the attachment from the list of attachments, makign it harder on me to save it to disk and possibly unencrypt it manually. Could KMail please not hide the Aegypten attachments?

thanks,

All attachments can be saved via the mime tree viewer. But I will add an icon to make saving
easier.

A similar thing happened to me, but with an MS/tnef attachment
(kmail end of March). The tnef attachment is indeed shown in the mime
tree viewer.

However, I normally don't have the mime tree viewer active.

Also for this case an additional icon showing that the email contains an attachment
would be nice.

Ingo, did you add the icon and forgot about the bug?

What's that status on that one, Ingo?

Assigning to Ingo, so he remembers. :)

Is this bug still present in a recent version of KDE, such as 3.5.8 or KDE4 trunk?
Comment 7 Michael Leupold 2008-11-09 19:10:21 UTC
I can see the icons on trunk r881868.
Comment 8 Michael Leupold 2009-04-04 18:33:31 UTC
I rechecked and the icons are still there. Closing.
