Description A T Somers 2003-03-16 10:10:19 UTC
Version: 3.1 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-4GB

When editing more than one address in the addres-editor, for instance to move data from one address-type to another, the editor forgets changes to an address if moving back and forth between the addresses. This is very annoying. A program should NEVER disgard data without asking. This behaviour prohibits me to enter more than one address for a contact at a time, to edit more than one address or to move data from one address to another.

Hi,

I've redisigned the address edit widget now, it's more intuitive and easier to use.

Ciao,
Tobias

The development of the old KAddressBook will be discontinued for KDE 4.4.
Since the new application has the same name, but a completly new code base we close all bug reports against the old version and ask the submitters to resend there reports against the new product.
