Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

The accelarator key "H" is assigned to "Help" and "Hex".
It's probably better to make "X" "He&x" the accelarator key
as the "H" is assigned by kdelibs to "Help".

b) it feels better that the accelarator key "D" is used for
Dec(imal) in stread of Deg.
I believe computers developers and users will use Decimal
quite often to convert from/to Hex.

So make the accelarator key "D" for Dec and "E" for "Deg".
