By default, the search field in the lower right part of KBabel's window shows only the list of search hits, not the extended (multiline) view.

The multiline view is very convenient when translating long texts that don't fit in the short, one-line view. It's not obvious that you have to grab the handle above the list with the mouse, and drag it down. Perhaps the handle should be placed in the middle by default?
