I think this is a Qt problem but it just happened in KAddressbook till now.

I started KAddressbook for the first time after the update and didn't like the way the toolbars were arranged: All but the Filter bar were in the first row. So I pulled the View bar down behind the Filter bar. The result is vivible in the screenshot I'll attach.

this bug is fixed in cvs head now and was also backported to the 3.1 branch

The development of the old KAddressBook will be discontinued for KDE 4.4.
Since the new application has the same name, but a completly new code base we close all bug reports against the old version and ask the submitters to resend there reports against the new product.
