Installed from:    compiled sources
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.1 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.1-2mdk)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-2mdk

Using the tablewizard in a german quanta gives you 5 layoutprobles

I created this screenie:

I marked all problems in GIMP. This makes this part of Quanta quite unusable for german users (well, all non-english languages are probably affected).

The dialog layouts are corrected, so they should be usable with every language. Backport is coming soon. Should fix #51438, #53410, #53544, #54910.
