Version: (using KDE 3.1.9) Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-112) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19 using konqueror to view local images, khtmlimage shows the images with a white border at the top, the left side and the bottom, while the right side doesn't show the white border (acording to scroll-bar). To reproduce: 1. start konqui, 2. go to a local folder where you have some jpegs 3. click on one jpeg image to show it inside konqi 4. resize the window in such a way, that the image doesn't fit completely into the konqi window and that you get a horizontal scroll-bar. 5. now look at the horizontal scroll-bar and move it left/right. On the left side you see the white border, but on the right side the image ends directly at the vertical scroll-bar. This should be fixed and the right side should have a small white border too. Thanks, Helge
This bug is still valid with KDE 3.3.2a. However I can narrow it down to a specific component for image viewing. It is the embedded khtmlimage component that has this bug. (The kview-Kpart doesn't show any borders at all.)
Is this bug still there in a recent version of KDE, such as 3.5.8 or KDE4.0 RC2?
This bug is still present in svn trunk r793457.
Hello all, I followed the steps to reproduce and I can not see, do not see a white border on the left side. Thanks to scrolling of the horizontal scrollbar, I can see the image whole width. Sorry, I can not confirm this bug. Konqueror 4.4.0 Platform 4.4.0 Linux 2.6.31-19-generic i686 (32bits) Qt 4.6.1 here. regards, Gérard
I confirm this bug is no more reproducible. Works for me with KDE 4.4.5.
