It would be nice if in kcontrol under Look&Feel->Window_Behavior->Modifier_Key+Left_Button there could be the option "Raise and move" which would make kwin on alt-left_click bring the window up and allow one to move the window. See blackbox for similar behavior. 

I realize that this causes "one more option" but I would really appriciate it as that's really the only thing keeping me from moving from blackbox.

What exactly prevents you from first clicking on the window to raise it, and then using alt+LMB 
to move it?
