Version: 3.0rc3 (CVSup from Friday afternoon)

Hi
there is a problem regarding startup animation in kasbar
- startup a long-starting application
=> in kasbar the background is not repainted
(the 'egg timer' is visible often in background in different angles)
It doesn't happen in kicker.
