(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: kmail Version: 1.3.2 (using KDE 2.2.2 ) Severity: normal Installed from: Debian Package 4:2.2.2-11 (3.0) Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20011223 (Debian prerelease) OS: Linux (ppc) release 2.4.17-ben0 OS/Compiler notes: messages can disappear when an attempt is made to move them from one mail folder to another if the destination folder is on an imap server and there is a connection failure to the server. in attemptingto repoduce this behaviour there is no consistency in how many messages will disapear (can be from zero to all messages being moved) (Submitted via bugs.kde.org) (Called from KBugReport dialog)
I just tried to reproduce that with the current kmail version (1.4). I get = an=20 error-box that the connection is broken but the email stays intact. You se= e=20 only the header and not the body but it reappears after a kmail restart and= =20 I'll try to fix that soon. Can you still reproduce that bug? --=20 Carsten Burghardt email: cb@magic-shop.de WWW: http://www.magic-shop.de PGP: http://www.magic-shop.de/Carsten_Burghardt.asc
