Description bugs 2002-02-28 13:27:59 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package:           kmail
Version:           1.3.2 (using KDE 2.2.2 )
Severity:          normal
Installed from: Debian Package 4:2.2.2-11 (3.0)
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20011223 (Debian prerelease)
OS:                Linux (ppc) release 2.4.17-ben0
OS/Compiler notes:

messages can disappear when an attempt is made to move them from one mail folder to another if the destination folder is on an imap server and there is a connection failure to the server.

in attemptingto repoduce this behaviour there is no consistency in how many messages will disapear (can be from zero to all messages being moved)

I just tried to reproduce that with the current kmail version (1.4). I get =
an=20
error-box that the connection is broken but the email stays intact. You se=
e=20
only the header and not the body but it reappears after a kmail restart and=
=20
I'll try to fix that soon.
Can you still reproduce that bug?
