-If  you click on the mixericon in the KPanel with the left mousebutton than comes the change-panel for the Volume. If you use the mouse wheel to change the value it changes one position and than the panel was no longer displaied. It was visable=false.

-I think we make the click so that we click on it and it was displaied. If it was displayed and we click on the icon I think we set it visible=false. So you can better turn on or off this future I think.

the second point is fixed now; just need to fix the scroll wheel behaviour
