Version: 1.6.1 (using KDE 4.6.4) OS: Linux Following "Type" is provided in Dolphin: * AVI "AVI video" * OGG "Ogg Vorbis Audio" * WMA "Windows Media audio" Due to correct type is provided, I am raising this as Dolphin's bug, not Nepomuk's. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Use "Audio"/"Video" check-boxes on Dolphin's "Filter" Panel to verify. Actual Results: * All my AVI and OGG files are available as results, no matter if I filter audio or video files. * WMA are available only when I filter video files. Expected Results: * AVI files should be available only when VIDEO files are filtered * OGG and WMA files should be available only when AUDIO files are filtered OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38-8-generic Compiler: cc
OGG is a container format, so it can contain audio and/or video. WMA and AVI are a differnt story though.
Shouldn’t a video OGG file then have video/ogg MIME-type and thus be filterable anyway?
Resetting assignee to default as per bug #305719
Closing because the filter panel does not exist any more.
