Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.4)
OS: Linux

I have a folder uni/ which is versioned by Subversion.

Now I created a folder uni2 which is a symlink to that. In uni just the correct files are shown as versioned. In uni2/ all files appear to be versioned ...

Reproducible: Always
Comment 1 FiNeX 2010-08-02 13:50:16 UTC
The versioning information are stored inside a hidden subdirectory and the symlink allows to access to _all_ the content of the source directory, including the hidden ones.

IMHO this is not a bug because I could want to have a symlinked directory manged by subversion.

@Peter: what do you think about?

Hi Finex, have a look at the screenshot. The folder test is shown as versioned in the symlinked directory even though it is not at all managed by subversion. This is a bug.

I agree that this looks like a bug; I did not have the time yet to check the root cause, but have set the status to NEW.

@Felix: I'm sorry, I've missed the point on the "test" directory :-)

FiNeX: I think it allways is a great think to verify bug reports. I certainly appreciate you looking into this. Reading my text now I realize I did not explain it good enough.

This is fixed for me with KDE 4.9.00.
