Version: 1.3 (using KDE 4.3.2) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages When using keyboard context menu shortcut (the one between right ALT and CTRL) in an open folder on a selected file it doesn't give it if the filename is too short (it seems to depends also on size of the window). On long enough filenames it works. The problem is only related to dolphin, it works fine in konqueror. It'a a pain for netbook users, who rely on keyboard, but have to switch to touchpad because of this. screenshots: short filename, wrong bahaviour: http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/4871/wrongf.png long filename: http://img203.imageshack.us/img203/5439/rightm.png
Thanks for the bug report! I cannot reproduce the problem in KDE 4.4. There were some context menu-related fixes since KDE 4.3, so it might be that the problem you're seeing is also fixed now. If you have a chance to test this in KDE 4.4, please let us know if you still see this issue or not.
Cannot reproduce in KDE SC 4.4.5 too. I'm closing this bug because the reporter didn't give any feedback since may.
