Version:           1.91.0 (using KDE 4.4.1)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    openSUSE RPMs

When starting K3b on my system, I get reminded that I have no mp3 decoder.
In that dialog, K3b offers me an option to "Modify permissions" that starts K3bSetup which of course is totally unrelated to this problem.

In an attempt to clean up old bugs that are not valid for K3b 2.0 (=KDE SC 4.x port) anymore, this is now being marked as UNMAINTAINED.
If this bug is still valid for 2.0, please reopen it.
