Version: 1.4 (from KDE SC 4.4 RC3 - and before) (using KDE 4.4.0) OS: Linux Installed from: Archlinux Packages This bug has been with me since 4.3-something, maybe even before that, but although it's very annoying to me it's also very minor, so I'm only now getting around to reporting it. When I plug in an SD card or USB drive and select "Open in Dolphin": 1.I split the view into two windows 2.I MANUALLY triple-click/delete the location in the right window, then manually type a new local location (e.g. "/tmp") 3.When I then go to grab an entry from the rightmost window to drag-and-drop it to the leftmost window, the cursor becomes invisible while over the file selection window (and reappears when moved outside of that area) The cursor still works, files below it still highlight, and I can still (blindly) drag and drop files, but not being able to see the cursor is annoying. This was not happening if instead of manually changing the location I clicked the icon to the left of the location bar, clicked "root", clicked the directory I wanted...only when manually overriding the location in split-window mode. In 4.3, the cursor would revert to normal behavior once I'd dragged-and-dropped a file successfully, but in 4.4 RC3 it seems to remain invisible while over the view windows.
Thanks for the bug report! This looks just like bug 183160, right? That one is a somewhat mysterious bug, its cause hasn't been found yet.
