Description Jonathan Thomas 2009-06-17 20:25:47 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.90)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Using KPackageKit 0.4.1.1

To reproduce this bug:
- Have a few updates available
- Go to the updates pane of KPK
- Expand the Updates list item
- Click on any package to open up the "Details" widget
- Now un-expand the Updates list item

The sub-list will unexpand properly, but the "Details" widget will be left behind. (See screenshot)

it's a known kdelibs bug :(

I don't believe that those are the same bugs. Bug 189699 is about a bad layout (only taking up half the screen) when the messagebox is maximized, whereas this is just a poorly-sized dialog in the first place.

Er, whoops. I thought this was my report about the too-small error dialog box, but that doesn't seem to be related to this at all...
