Description Martin Tlustos 2009-05-07 11:36:12 UTC
Version: 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2) (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-12-generic

this webpage uses a lot of flash, and konqueror puts the background above the content and the menus.

The error report says:
Fehler: http://www.cross.tv/: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: OA_show
Fehler: http://www.cross.tv/: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: OA_show
Fehler: http://www.cross.tv/: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: OA_show

I tried faking mozilla, netscape and firefox, but it didn't help.

The background vanishes from purple to white, otherwise it renders fine.
If I turn off javascript, it stays.
I don't have flash installed atm, it crashes.

Here using:

Qt: 4.5.1 (qt-copy 971295)
KDE: 4.2.92 (KDE 4.2.92 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090617))
kdelibs svn rev. 984425 / kdebase svn rev. 984427
on ArchLinux i686 - Kernel 2.6.29.4

After flashing a bit, the site was shown. However, comparing the results from the page shown on Firefox and Konqueror I can say that the Konqueror version misses lots of text.

As noted at comment 1 If I disable JavaScript the site is shown properly from the start.

Seems to be fixed in 4.5.4, closing this report. If you have still problems displaying this page, feel free to reopen the report.
