I expect one of the following two from an import function:
- Merge the contents of the file to import with the current document
- Open files with a type that has less (complete) support than the default format

The current "File -> Import" function seems to open the project and create a new document that's not associated with the imported file's filename. Thus it feels more like a "New from template" function than what I'd expect from an import.

This is koffice wide functionallity.
KPlato seems a bit special since there are no filters written yet so
atm import/export is not really needed.
