How to Reproduce: Try logging in to ICQ network

I've got a German translation, the original error message is:
"Der ICQ-Server ist der Meinung, Sie verwenden einen zu alten Client. Melden Sie dies bitte als Fehler unter http://bugs.kde.org"
In English it's something like "The ICQ-server thinks your client is to old. Please report at http://bugs.kde.org"

I read about similar bugs, but since the error occurred today first, i suggest it's a different thing?
