Compiler: cc

Incomplete text is shown at the lineedit at vodafone.in, "Enter Recharge amount" is shown as "Ente", etc..

1. please visit http://vodafone.in/existingusers/prepaid/onlinerecharge/pages/onlinerc_hyd.aspx?cid=hyd

2. observe the "text entry area" for search in forms. (please see the attachments)

firefox3 works as expected, (arora 0.4 has similar issue, hint, perhaps with issue with qt 4.x)

thanks.

Probably because they have maxlength set...
Comment 4 Maksim Orlovich 2009-03-04 17:38:37 UTC
Ugh, this will be quite messy to deal with given that QLineEdit is what does the enforcement, and doing it otherwise... Well, one would either need some horrible global on a validator to distinguish user actions from DOM ones, or mess with key event handling.

Works fine in KDE 4.2.91 seems rather a problem of the page or the tranferation of data from the site to you?
Comment 6 A. Spehr 2009-06-21 14:43:05 UTC
Indeed, this seems fixed. Maks, did you do this accidently when you weren't looking? Or do you expect it not to be?
Comment 7 Martin Koller 2011-07-23 15:24:08 UTC
The page has changed and no text is shown inside the line edit box.
You can enter up to 10 digits.
