Sometimes after splitting the view, there's several dockers with the name "Tool Options initial name - never seen". I reproduced this on a recent version but haven't found a way to reproduce it 100%.

this is fixed in svn since. If you can still reproduce using an up-to-date version and clean account (remove your rc files please) then please tell us.
