Description Tobias Klein 2009-03-01 20:13:42 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0)
Compiler: GCC 4.1.3
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

I couldn't get my Soundblaster Live 5.1 (emu10k1) work with Phonon. I have tested both the xine and the gstreamer backend.

Here is the output of soundcardinfo.sh:

/proc/asound/cards:

Sorry, but your report doesn't really state what doesn't work, since the Soundblaster Live is a device that should work with Phonon.

Also your /etc/asound.conf and/or ~/.asoundrc would be helpful.

Closing for lack of feedback. Most likely solved already.
