Description Christoph Lange 2009-02-04 00:37:31 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0)
Compiler: gcc 4.1.2
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

I have auto-hide activated for the panel. In the panel, I have some widgets that have pop-ups, such as Kickoff (K menu) or the device notifier. Those popups do not directly border the panel but leave some space in between. When I click the button of one such widget and then move the cursor into the popup, I have to be fast -- otherwise, if there's a window below, it gets focused. (I'm using focus follows mouse.)

The digital clock widget works fine. There, the calendar popup directly borders the panel.

The same thing happens for me.

Kubuntu Linux 8.10, KDE 4.2

Also, the menu disappears if I happen to move away from the menu (into a window that gets activated).
