Description Dirk Sola 2009-01-14 14:19:44 UTC
Version: 4.1.86 (4.2 beta) (using Devel)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

In the latest beta available for kubuntu/ubuntu as of this time, the taskbar buttons do not extend all the way to the bottom of the screen. This makes the buttons significantly more difficult to hit because one has to avoid the 1-pixel border at the bottom, instead of being able to quickly move the mouse all the way down and then clicking.

I think many will agree that this is an undesirable change. I hope it gets fixed in the final release of KDE 4.2.

I want to add the term " Fitt's law " to this bug to make it easier for some people to find it.

Are you still experiencing this in KDE4.2 ?
Thanks
