Testcase:

Open http://kde.org/stuff/clipart/klogo-official-oxygen.svg in Konqueror, then in Firefox. It displays the image exactly the same as its PNG counterparts in Firefox, but not in Konqueror.

in konq 3.5.10 there is no picture but only the text "image/svg+xml"

Ugh. Confirmed in 4.2.92.

It looks like it isn't performing the feGaussianBlur. Would it be hard to fix this?

Still present in 4.9.2.
