Version: (using Devel) OS: Linux Installed from: Compiled sources Example is http://www.symantec.com/business/index.jsp. Hover muse over second menu raw (Overview, Solutions etc). Menu is cut off by large picture under this menu raw. Observed on 32 bit platform using Adobe Flash Player 10.0 r12 (although I am a bit confused; about:plugins shows me 9.0 r115 with libkmplayerpart.so and 10.0 r12 with libflashplayer.so).
Can you provide a screenshot? Using current trunk r906622 I see the hover menu completely.
Created attachment 29970 [details] Screenshot of Symantec page with cut off menu See attachment; even with Flash not showing anything menu is still cut off.

I can confirm this. Adobe Flash Player 10.0.22.87 (10.0 r22). Qt: 4.5.1 KDE: 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3) "release 116" Konqueror: 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3) "release 116" OpenSUSE
Still present on 4.2.85/Qt 4.5.1 x86_64 using Adobe 64 bit flash player.
And in kde 3.5.10
With flash turned off, the menus go "over" the big box with the guy in it. With it on, they go under. Is this a bug that *actually* has to do with flash or not, though? 4.2.92, svn 984121, flash 10.0.r22 needs testcase
If you have plugins enabled and "load plugins on demand" option on, the menus still appears under the plugins frame border area and the "start plugin" button. Thus i think the bug it's not related by flash itself.
Confirmed with kde 4.6.5
Confirmed with Konqueror Version 4.7.3. I believe the link [1] provided below explains a similar situation. When going to link [2] provided below in konqueror, with KHTML selected as the default browser engine, it's apparent that opaque wmode and transparent wmode are not functioning as expected. When enabling WebKit as the default browser engine in konqueror, the opaque wmode and transparent wmode tests work as expected.
