Version:            (using KDE 4.1.3)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

cannot sort messages list by author or date (regression)

Currently the list is sorted by title, sorting it by author or date is impossible. It worked in KDE3 just fine.

What do you mean ? what happens when you click on the date or author label ?

Hello,

On KDE SVN trunk it works fine. I also did not notice any problem with 4.1.x (though i do not have any 4.1.x install anymore to test this).

when I click on author or date simply nothing happens. I can only resize columns or click RMB and get context menu. That's all.

Well, sorry, but we can not reproduce this bug. 

Please rename your $KDEHOME/share/config/akregatorrc and retry. Are you using another theme than Oxygen ?

echo $KDEHOME

I get nothing so I did it to
~/.kde4/share/config/akregatorrc

No change in behaviour.

Nope. But I changed it (just to test) to plastique, no difference.
