Akregator 1.3.1 (KDE 4.1.2 - Kubuntu package 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu2) does not update and save the /home/%user%/.kde/share/config/akregatorrc file with any choice about the feeds archiving settings, acting always with the default one.

Fixed in >= 4.1.3/4.2
