Version:           1.3.1 (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-7-generic

According http://developer.kde.org/documentation/standards/kde/style/menus/settings.html, akregator have some misposition of the menu items - now it have the order like:

configure Akregator...
configure Shortcuts...
configure Toolbars...

istead of:

Configure Key Bindings...	 	 
Configure Component...	 	 
Configure Appname...

This is annoying, when you want to configure something and press the wrong item.
