Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Chart shape
2. Select it and choose the chart tool
3. Select Bar Chart/Percent as type of the chart
4. Check the 3D checkbox
-> The chart is upper tip is outside the shape's boundaries.

This is a bug in KD Chart and has been reported there separately.

And that buhg in KDChart has been fixed meanwhile through I am not 100% sure we have the fixed version in Calligra yet. In any case it's a matter of time, we cannot do anything more then waiting and then it will be automatically done. So, marked fixed (UPSTREAM or DOWNSTREAM would probably match too but since in our case we know it's fixed, we can mark it fixed :-)
