Description Michael Leupold 2008-10-26 14:02:37 UTC
Version:           2.0 beta-2 (using 4.1.71 (KDE 4.1.71 (KDE 4.2 >= 20081023)), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.25.7quechua-0.1intelquechua-0.1intel

Steps to expose this bug:
1. Create a new image (I tried RGB and CMYK)
2. Draw something
3. Delete the layer
-> what I was drawing is still visible
4. Add a new layers
-> drawing still visible
5. Draw something on top
-> the checkerboard shows through

I hope this is not a duplicate but I couldn't find anything similar apart from a pretty old bug.
