Description Salvo "LtWorf" Tomaselli 2008-06-02 10:59:27 UTC
Version: 4:4.0.80-1 (using KDE 4.0.1)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

copying the old settings dir (akregator 1.2.9) to the new dir, makes akregator recognize my feeds.
But when i try to read them, in the right side of the window there is only the description of the feed, no items to read.

Does copying only the OPML folder over and then 'fetching all' work?
Comment 2 Salvo "LtWorf" Tomaselli 2009-01-16 09:34:29 UTC
Fetch all works... but will download only the articles in the feed, the older ones are lost.

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of akregator (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
