Description Carl Roth 2008-05-22 23:33:27 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.0.4)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux

My system is has a bluetooth cell phone paired with KDE (systray icon --> Configuration). When I select the systray icon to launch konqueror in bluetooth browsing mode, it reports

  Protocol not supported
  bluetooth

This is with

  kdebluetooth-1.0-0.41.beta8.fc9.x86_64
Comment 1 Tony Murray 2008-06-23 20:00:11 UTC
Afaik, this is the result of kdebluetooth attempting to launch the kde4 version of konqueror. Kdebluetooth only includes an addon to the kde3 version of konqueror.

Bluetooth support has been replaced by "BlueDevil" and the old code is no
longer maintained. If you still have an issue with Bluetooth support in a
recent KDE version, such as KDE 4.9.5 or 4.10, please report a new bug.

Also, if this is a feature request that has not yet been implemented in
BlueDevil, please add a comment.
