Version: (using KDE 4.0.3) Example: Open some webpages in tabs in konqueror. Place the cursor over the "close tab" button on a page that requires scrolling. Try to scroll with the mouse wheel. Expected behaviour: The page should scroll like the way it does when the cursor is over the current page. Actual behaviour: No scrolling occurs. This behaviour is present in version 3.x of konqueror and is very useful when browsing lots of pages. You can open several tabs, put the cursor where the "close tab" button is and then read pages with the help of the scroll wheel, close the page, read the next page etc. without moving the cursor around. Otherwise you have to click close, flick the cursor down to the page, use the scroll wheel, flick the cursor back up to close etc. The extra move/target actions makes the whole process much less easier. I find the old behaviour very useful and is a reason I use konqueror over firefox.
