Description Christophe Marin 2008-04-23 13:07:48 UTC
Version:           1.2.50 (using 4.00.70 (KDE 4.0.70 >= 20080418), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-16-generic

This is not a new issue (started a few weeks ago) but couldn't find a reliable testcase since running akregator from a console didn't give me any hint.

KDEPIM rev. 800063

Akregator has troubles with articles previews when they end with a picture.

Testcase :
1/ Add this feed : http://krop77.wordpress.com/feed There are 2 articles.
2/ Select the "read 1st" article and scroll down until you see the "complete story" link.
3/ Now Click on the other article.

The banner won't be displayed and part of the first article is still visible.

4/ Re-run akregator
5/ Start with the second article, scroll down then switch to the first article => The issue won't appear.

«Akregator has troubles with articles previews when they end with a picture. »

Forget this line, I can reproduce the bug even when it's not a picture (which means I don't know how to reproduce it every time)

This is a duplicate of a KHTML bug. A workaround is apparently in place now so you shouldn't see this happen.
