Version:           1.2.50 (using 4.00.60 (KDE 4.0.60 >= 20080129), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.22-14-generic

When you're viewing a feed, click on it's name and select "Mark feed as read" the articles in the feed remain red, meaning that are not marked as read. Clicking on other places and re-opening the feed, articles are marked correctly or even clicking on an article marks all articles correctly. Maybe the refresh of marks is not automatic.
When you open a feed and click on the first article to read it, it is not shown in the lower box and the article is not marked as read, to read it you've to clic on another article and re-click on the first.
